At Diagnesto, we are committed to providing simplified and precise home health collection services. If you need to cancel a booking or request a refund, our policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

Cancellation: Bookings once made can not be cancelled.
Incomplete Service: If our team is unable to perform the collection due to internal logistical errors, a free rescheduling will be provided.
Sample Rejection: In rare cases where a sample is rejected by the laboratory for technical reasons, we will offer a free recollection or a full refund for that specific test.
Report Delays: While we aim for quick delivery, refunds are not typically issued for minor delays due to complex clinical processing requirements.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through the original mode of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction is initiated.
